Bongo Flava is currently recruiting Outlet Managers for new stores in Dar es Salaam.
As an Outlet manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall operations and profitability of the outlet. You’ll be managing the day-to-day running of the establishment and making sure that high standards of customer service, cleanliness and hygiene, quality assurance, staff morale, training and performance are maintained.
You’ll be managing junior employees directly, leading training exercises, recruiting new staff members and taking control of all financial management activities, including budget control and stock control. You will also be involved with marketing activities to attract more customers to Bongo Flava.
To qualify for this job you must have at least 2 years of restaurant management experience and have the desire and drive to deliver excellent service and products. You must be a credible leader for the outlet,motivating your crewmembers to serve with F.I.R.E.!
