Bongo Flava is currently recruiting Assistant Outlet Managers for new stores in Dar es Salaam.
As an Assistant Outlet manager, you’ll be supporting the Outlet Manager for the overall operations and profitability of the outlet. You will be responsible for daily management tasks as opening and closing of the outlet, stock control, high standards of customer service, cleanliness and hygiene, quality assurance and staff morale. As Assistant Outlet Manager, you are the person to rely on in taking charge to deliver the Bongo Flava brand promise.
To qualify for this job you must have at least 1 year of restaurant supervisory experience, with certification in hospitality. You have the desire and drive to deliver excellent service and high quality products. You must have the ambition to grow with the Company.
