Billing Executive, Postpaid Job at Tigo Tanzania
Role Purpose
You are responsible to track, capture and report all postpaid revenue accurately
Key Responsibilities
• In charge of core post-paid billing and post-paid hybrid billing platforms.
• Carrying out internal controls related to post-paid and hybrid platforms and ensuring the system is compliant 100%.
• Tracking post-paid revenue streams from mediation through rating and ensure all CDRS are captured and included in a bill run.
• Support customer service with customer complaint related to post-paid and hybrid and ensure all complaints are addressed accordingly.
• Ensure all issues identified on the post-paid system are addressed to IT and resolved before the bill run.
• Tracking all bills generated have been signed by EFD and ready for distribution to customers.
• Supporting finance on month end closing by providing post-paid revenue and responding to their inquiry on any of post-paid revenue streams.
Position Requirements
• University degree in IT, engineering, computer science or related fields
• Strong programming background and self-efficient in writing SQL scripts
• Work experience in the related field of 3 years and above especially in the area of prepaid and postpaid will be an added advantage
• Accounting background will be an added advantage
