JORYMAI GLASSLTD a fast growing company that deals with aluminum, Toughened glass, Laminated glass, Vertical blind and all other glass works contracts, is looking for a qualified, enthusiastic persons to cover the following positions for the office based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
1. OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR/CASHIER
Preferably a young Tanzanian lady who is not above 26 years.(Age limit is very important)
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
· Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
· Organize and coordinate meetings
· Dealing with clients
· Arrange and confirm appointments
· Handle incoming mail and other materials
· Set up work procedures
· Collect information
· Maintain database
· Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquires and provide information
· Manage office supplies
Education and Experience:
· Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
· Knowledge of business principles
· Proficient in spelling, punctuation, grammar and other English skills
· Required typing speed but not essential
