Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• He/she must be able to delegate and communicate the goals and objectives of the
• company to business development.
• Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering
• and exploring opportunities.
• Screens potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements,
• potential and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending
• equity investments.
• To ensure that appropriate performance information is available to report to senior
• Director on performance against business objectives and financial targets.
• He/she must be able to come up with new ideas for marketing and promotions.
• He/she must have knowledge of construction/building material.
Qualifications and experience:
Holder of degree in Marketing; Business administrations; Business entrepreneurship
Motivation for sales
Marketing knowledge and sales planning
Energetic and up to date with the marketing trends
Closing skills, presentation skills and prospecting skills
3 year and above experience in related field
