materials here in Dare salaam ,they own number of building material show rooms here in
Dare salaam, they are looking energetic and aggressive flow sales for their show room in
mikocheni and Posta area if you have above mention attitude and skills please send us your

Position: Flow sales (4Post Building Material-showroom)
Responsibilities:
a) Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale;
b) Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via
telephone calls and emails;
c) Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets;
d) Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;
e) Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers;
f) Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy;
g) Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office, or
entering figures into a computer system;
h) Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
i) Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements;
j) Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
k) To manage Exhibition files ensuring that internal processes are fully adhered to and
on pre-agreed timelines
l) To contribute towards the development of exhibitor and visitor database relevant to
assigned exhibitions
m) Attend company’s training courses, as appropriate, to either learn new or enhance
existing skills
n) Assist colleagues in their job functions in order to meet client deadlines
o) Understand company’s full service offering
p) As duties change, it will be reflected in the job description after discussions are held
with the post holder in the yearly performance evaluations.
Requirements
1. Ideal candidate must have a Min of 2 years’ experience in construction and
building materials companies.
2. In an absence of no formal degree a higher school certificate qualification with a minimum of 3 years administration experience.
