Stores Officer
POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Shinyanga Investment Ltd, is a newly established private limited company registered under the laws of tanzania with the functions of manufacturing motor vehicle air filters and distributing them throughout the country and outside the country, The air filters factory is located at Kwamfipa suburb, Kibaha township, Pwani region, The factory is located about 100 metres off Dar es Salaam Morogoro Road, The company is currently seeking applications from motivated and highly experienced individuals
Duties and responsibilities.
Reporting to the Finance and Administration manager, duties and responsibilities of the stores officer will include the following:
Supervise daily receipts and issues in the store
Supervise and assist in off - loading of vehicles and de-stuffing containers.
Controlling inventory counts in accordance with company standard operating procedures.
Ensure all materials are appropriately stored in proper bin locations
Resolve customer queries and take appropriate actions.
Place items on the re-order inventory schedule when required.
Validating the accuracy of system transactions. Following site safety rules at all times.
Qualifications And Experience
Qualifications
Bachelor" s Degree in Materials Management or advance Diploma
Diploma in Materials management from an accredited institution.
Experience
At least three years practical experience in stores management
Computer Knowledge
